Special Opening Event held at U.S. Embassy Côte d’Ivoire for USAID’s A4D Project
The U.S. Ambassador to Côte d'Ivoire joined over 130 elected officials in Abidjan this week to talk about the project's impact.
The U.S. Embassy in Côte d’Ivoire held an opening ceremony this week for EAI’s USAID Accountability for Development (A4D) Project. Ambassador Richard Bell addressed more than 130 elected officials, including the ministers of the Interior and Defense and local dignitaries from the northern regions of Bounkani and Tchologo.
The A4D Project has been working since 2020 in these regions to improve the relationship between citizens and the government while strengthening accountability mechanisms.
