Sara Bautista, EAI’s Business Development Manager, brings 8+ years of development experience, leading proposals across SBCC, governance, and more. Skilled in navigating diverse donors, she has managed programs and proposals across 15+ countries.
Sara Bautista is the Business Development Manager at Equal Access International (EAI), bringing eight years of experience in the international development sector. With four years of program management and four years dedicated to comprehensive business development, Sara has led multinational proposal teams in securing complex, large-scale projects across diverse technical areas, including social and behavior change communication, countering violent extremism, inclusion, governance, women’s empowerment, education, livelihoods, WASH, and environmental initiatives. A skilled facilitator, she has managed capture trips, live proposal design, and engaging business development training sessions. Prior to joining EAI, Sara was a key member of the International Foundation for Electoral Systems’ (IFES) business development team and has worked in over 15 countries across Africa, Asia, and Latin America. She holds a bachelor’s degree in international affairs from the University of Northern Colorado and a master’s degree in international affairs, specializing in global gender policy, from the Elliott School of International Affairs at the George Washington University.
