Based in Jubaland, Somalia, Samiha Ali provides technical quality control over program activities around Social Behavior Change Communication and Norms work with communities and institutions.
In the Nabadgelinta Soomaliya program, Samiha Ali provides technical input to the design of activities identified through the Area Based Problems identification approach and works in close collaboration with the program teams and local partners to monitor interventions, identify emerging dynamics, and contextual changes. Her technical insights provide adaptation strategies for improving program efficiency and sustainability to align with the program objectives.
Prior to EAI, Samiha worked at the Wajir Women Representative Office in Kenya as a research assistant providing legal research and assistance to a Member of Parliament. She briefly worked at Vision Quest consultancy as a program research assistant providing research assistance to multiple consultants.
Samiha holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Law from Keele University in England and a Diploma in Project Management from the Kenya Institute of Management in Kenya.
