Jessie Wills

Jessie brings experience in community-driven development, project management, and cross-cultural communications to supporting the Securing Nigerian Communities project.

Jessie Wills is a Project Assistant for the $5 million Securing Nigerian Communities project funded by the U.S. Department of State. Prior to joining EAI, Jessie has gained experience across the African continent, most recently conducting field research on efforts to combat gender-based violence and harassment (GBVH) in Lesotho garment factories for her senior honors thesis. She has also spent time in Ethiopia, Ghana, and Morocco studying and supporting public health programs.

Jessie holds a bachelor’s degree in Global Studies from Washington University in St. Louis. She spent a semester abroad studying Global Health & Development Policy in Geneva, Switzerland and enjoys speaking French and Spanish.
