Jennifer is a certified Administrator with a Master of Arts in NGO management from the Centre for Peace and the Social Rehabilitation University of Abuja; she has over ten years of experience in program management, from assessment, project design, strategic vision, and data quality to monitoring and evaluation. Excellent community engagement, communication, report generation, IT skills, and an evident ability to track project success while maintaining a highly motivated team. Focused expertise in gender analysis and protection assessments and strong knowledge of Gender and gender mainstreaming, SGBV, child protection, livelihood, mediation, peacebuilding, Education, budget management, and capacity building. Experience in program development and supporting delivery of project objectives on time and within budget; Good analytical skills; Good interpersonal skills with a proven ability to tackle challenges with a range of internal and external partners; good understanding of principles of gender equality and principles of equal opportunity and how these can be promoted as part the responsibilities.
Jennifer is the senior program Manager of Equal Access International Nigeria. Her responsibilities include supporting quality program strategy and implementation, mentoring youth leaders and community partners, managing media and community outreach program activities, and ensuring all activities follow EA policies and client rules and regulations. Some of her other responsibilities include but are not limited to providing technical support to all Equal Access Nigeria projects, leading collaborative design workshops with stakeholders and community partners on advancing the inclusive approach within the community while ensuring secured communities, supporting the design and execution of interventions, program activities and documentation of program activities and drafting of quarterly reports.
