Isaac brings over 8 years of experience in the development sector monitoring and evaluating projects at local and international NGOs. His skills include baseline, process, and endline evaluations, designing M&E plans, and tracking indicators.

Isaac Samuel Leka has a degree in Human Resources management and has been engaged in projects such as implementing and closing out the USAID/SCI STEER project and USAID/Creative Associates NEI project, both in Bauchi state, North Eastern Nigeria. At EAI, he currently serves as Monitoring and Evaluation Officer for the DRL-funded Securing Nigerian Communities Project. Isaac has also been engaged in several research projects, serving as as a research assistant, enumerator, data collector and research consultant for various Local and International organizations. He has also build his knowledge and skills in Programming and Monitoring and Evaluation through various courses and experiences. Isaac is passionate about making an impact in the world.
