Samantha brings experience in communications and gender programming to managing the Resilience for Peace project in Côte d’Ivoire.

Samantha Cooke serves as Senior Program Assistant for the $20.75M USAID-funded Resilience for Peace (R4P) project, a five-year initiative to prevent violent extremism in northern Côte d’Ivoire. Prior to joining EAI, Samantha held several communications focused positions and internships in the US and Europe with UNICEF, Syracuse University’s Maxwell School, Relief International, and International Crisis Group, and worked with migrant populations in Central New York and while interning in France. Samantha graduated from Syracuse University, holds a GenderPro credential from George Washington University, and speaks French.
