Delafosse holds a higher technician diploma in Human Resources and Communications. With 6 years' experience in the media field, he has developed notable expertise through key roles, particularly as a radio technician, presenter, and journalist.

Konan Yao Jean Delafosse, originally from the Sakassou sub-prefecture in the Gbêkê region, had a passion for communication and electronics at an early age, distinguishing himself by his creative spirit. His educational path led him to the Collège Harris Memel Fotê (H.M.F) in Méagui in 2007, after obtaining his CEPE. He continued his studies at Collège La Bonne Semence Tago in Soubré, where he earned his BEPEC in 2012. In 2016, he obtained his BAC série B at the École Supérieure de Commerce de Bouaké, moving on to Human Resources and Communications at the Académie internationale des sciences et techniques de Bouaké, while retaining an interest in IT.

Konan dove into the world of showbiz as a DJ host, an enriching experience that deepened his understanding of mass communication. In 2019, he obtained his BTS and completed an internship at radio Média+ Côte d’Ivoire in Bouaké, where he quickly distinguished himself through his technical skills and creativity, enabling him to take on radio technician responsibilities from the very first weeks.
His passion for the media led him to Radio Bandama FM in Béoumi, where he excelled as a trainee presenter.

His ambition to contribute to an international project led him to Korhogo on October 12, 2021, to join the “Resilience for Peace” project as a media trainee, a significant step in his career. His dedication and passion earned him a promotion to media assistant on September 1, 2022, and then to media associate from October 2023 to the present day.
