Mirko Hoff is a peacebuilding and CVE specialist with ten years of experience in francophone West Africa. He has led public sector international development, conflict management and peacebuilding, media, peace promotion, CVE, conflict mitigation, and governance-related programs in Francophone West Africa and the Sahel, including in Côte d’Ivoire, strengthening local capacities on complexity-aware and adaptive programming and learning.

Mirko Hoff is currently the Deputy Chief of Party (DCOP) for the USAID-funded Resilience for Peace project in Côte d’Ivoire. Previously, he was the DCOP on the USAID-funded Voices for Peace project that focuses on CVE in the Sahel. Prior to joining Equal Access International for these two projects, he spent seven years working for the Interpeace West Africa Office, among others as regional program coordinator, facilitating the project planning and high-level liaising with national governments, international donors as well as local implementing partners.
