Valentina Justice brings over 20 years of experience to her role as EAI’s Chief Financial Officer. She oversees Finance and Accounting, Human Resources, Contracts and Compliance, and Cost and Pricing.

She is a highly accomplished accounting and finance leader with experience in global non-profit management, with specific expertise in developing, implementing, and streamlining financial controls and processes that improve productivity. Valentina is knowledgeable about major finance systems acquisition and implementation, specializing in enterprise resource platforms, corporate performance management systems, payroll, and time and expenses. She has demonstrated success in managing contracts, grants, and operations, and has a deep understanding of compliance with Federal awards and non-Federal funding for multi-million-dollar revenue organizations. Prior to joining EAI in March 2019, Valentina spent over 10 years with ACDI/VOCA, most recently as Vice President and Controller.
